Overview
As Team Lead at Pal Co. Ltd, I led the end-to-end development of a Warehouse Management System that automates inventory retrieval and delivery by coordinating AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) robots, dynamic shelving, and bin-level tracking.
What I led
- System architecture & tech stack — defined React + NestJS + PostgreSQL and established engineering standards adopted by a team of 5 engineers
- Real-time stock allocation engine — processes a continuous stream of shipping events to allocate stock automatically
- Automated data pipelines — owned ERD/DFD design and built ingestion pipelines for inventory and shipping data
Impact
- 40% reduction in manual stock-allocation effort
- Eliminated ~4 hours/week of manual data entry through automated pipelines
- Established the architecture and standards the team continued to build on
